I contributed to recruitment and apprenticeship communication, combining content production with coordination between employees, internal stakeholders and an external creative agency.

For SCHAU REIN!, Saxony’s career orientation initiative, I developed employee- and apprentice-focused content. One collaboration comprised two Reels and one social media post, covering format development, coordination, filming and editing.
